The Wayf nder Stress & Performance Institute (WSPI) trains health and performance professionals in applied stress physiology, behavior dynamics, and performance systems — with a standard the certification industry abandoned: proof.
Empowered University → Health Coaching Success Academy → WSPI
The CPCS cohort is a live, faculty-led certification for personal trainers and health coaches — the difference between a six-week client and a six-year client. Orientation Wednesday, July 15 · first lecture July 22.
Honest terms: tuition is $997 (course) + $497 (cohort experience) = $1,494. Discount codes are distributed through fitness facility department heads — facility allocations are limited. Registration covers your coaching-app fees for the full program; after it ends, your coach account continues as a $59/month platform subscription beginning October 21, 2026.
The certification industry hands out credentials and withholds competence. Being qualified requires certification and supervised, documented application. Every WSPI credential requires a twelve-week supervised practicum and a defended final project — reviewed by faculty, on evidence.
Structured exposure until the material stops being foreign.
Deliberate repetition under cohort accountability.
Demonstrated skill with real clients, faculty-reviewed.
Earned — not manufactured — through documented outcomes.
Applied coaching psychology for the clients who can't get out of their own way — self-efficacy, habit architecture, and implementation intentions, grounded in primary literature.
Evidence-grounded nutrition coaching: energy balance, macros and micros, digestion, hydration, periodization, and coaching-system delivery.
Movement literacy, assessment, biomotor development, and program design for the practitioner operating beyond the gym floor.
Structured collaboration with medical providers: identify nutrition-rooted dysfunction, communicate clinically, refer with precision — without exceeding scope.
The Wayf nder Platform measures behavior against health and performance outcomes. The Institute aggregates that evidence — consented and de-identified — into curriculum and case studies, and the consulting practice applies it to workforce design. We train the practitioners who generate the evidence, and we consult with the evidence we generate.
